What should be paid attention to before construction of engineering drilling rig

It's crucial to take note of some important points before commencing any construction utilizing engineering drilling rigs. These rigs play an essential role in numerous construction projects, and thus, ensuring they function smoothly is critical. Preparations before the construction process includes knowing what to look out for. In this regard, the following points are of utmost importance.

To ensure stability and firmness, it is crucial for the engineering drilling rig to operate on a flat site. In order to achieve this, the drilling rig can be fixed onto the self-provided ground beam, allowing the drilling tower to be erected seamlessly during the drilling process.

Prior to commencing operations on the engineering drilling rig, it is crucial to verify the correct and stable installation of the unit. Additionally, it is imperative to inspect the fastening status of the connecting bolts throughout the machine body. In the event of loose bolts, immediate attention must be given to tightening and securing them adequately. Adjustments and fixes should be performed accordingly.

It is essential to verify that the hydraulic oil tank's oil level in the engineering drilling rig is not less than half the oil standard. In case it is lower, it is necessary to fill in an adequate amount of lubricating oil or grease as per the lubrication parts of the drilling rig's requirements. Maintaining and ensuring the proper lubrication of the drilling rig is crucial to avoid any untoward incidents that may arise during operation.

It is important to verify that the guidance instrument is functioning properly, including checking the battery levels of both the instrument and the probe. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that the positioning and orientation information, such as depth, top angle, and inclination angle, are accurate. By confirming these factors, you can ensure that the instrument is fully prepared for use.
